The Simon Bates Quartet featuring Harry (piano), Paul Morgan (Bass) and Bobby Worth (Drums), opened up the 2012 season of the Loxwood Jazz and Blues Club.
As usual the gig was a sell-out and the band was greeted with rapturous applause. As one satisfied jazz fan said: "The music here just gets better and better. Why go to Ronnie Scott’s when you can hear music of this quality on your doorstep!”
